Position: Program Director

Program: Center for Treatment of Problem Sexual Behavior (CTPSB)

Location: Middletown

Salary: $90,000-95,000/year

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm.

Are you a dynamic and passionate Clinical Leader with sex-offender treatment experience wanting to make an impact on the lives of others?  The Connection's  CTPSB Program is hiring. CTPSB provides state-wide community-based sex offender treatment and evaluation to justice involved adults with a history of problem sexual behaviors.  These services help clients to identify triggers, manage risk factors, and set positive future goals to promote community safety and prevent future offense related behaviors.

Position Summary:

The Program Director provides clinical and administrative oversight of all operational functions, ensuring fidelity to evidenced based practices, collaboration with funders, quality assurance and the supervision of supervisory staff. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively and will be highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining best practice standards.. Experience providing clinical supervision and working in a position providing treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors is required. 

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) 
  • 8 years of relevant experience; 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
