Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to join our Marketing team. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of products. You'll bring a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to help position our offerings effectively and support business growth.

You Will:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe technology products, understanding their features, benefits, customer pain points, and industry context.
  • Collaborate as part of a senior cross-functional team to design and deliver innovative joint solutions that integrate Adobe technology with Merkle's strategic services, driving measurable impact for clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable impact.
  • Lead market research initiatives to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Use findings to inform product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and prioritization.
  • Manage the full product marketing lifecycle from ideation and launch to post-launch optimization and ensuring successful go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with product management, growth, partner marketing, and corporate communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings and marketing approaches.
  • Champion innovation within the product marketing function by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the technology sector.
  • Experience in partner/alliance marketing or joint ventures within the tech sector or a combined technology and service environment.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, including identity, data, technology, and AI.
  • Proven experience collaborating with product development and sales and marketing teams to drive results.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, generating insights, and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$160,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
