Job description

Our VooDoo Daiquiris Bartender is responsible for crafting, serving, and selling frozen daiquiris and other beverages in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include providing friendly customer service, as well as operating, cleaning, and sanitizing daiquiri machines, checking IDs, processing payments, and maintaining a clean bar area.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Present menu, answer questions, and provide suggestions to guests
  • Assist guests with drink selections
  • Clean stations and arrange glassware for an attractive bar display
  • Create, mix, and pour frozen daiquiris, as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails
  • Input orders using point-of-sale systems, handling payments, and resetting the bar area as needed or directed
  • Clean and restock glassware, utensils, and machines as needed or directed
  • Verify customer identification to confirm they meet age requirement
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid state driver's license
  • Proven working experience as a bartender is preferred but not required
  • Must have high energy and a positive attitude
  • Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
  • Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
  • Must be punctual and reliable, with flexibility for shifts throughout the week and during high-traffic events
  • Cheerful, energetic, and highly motivated with excellent communication skills
