  • The Regional Senior Warehouse Director reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer

The Regional Senior Warehouse Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain best practices. The Senior Director will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and mentorship to the regional warehouse teams to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, productivity, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement regional warehouse strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans for warehouse optimization and growth.
Operational Oversight
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Team Management & Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse managers and supervisors across the region.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and distribution teams to support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and operational innovation.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the regional warehouse budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization to maximize financial performance.
  • Monitor expenses and variances, providing regular updates to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and logistics software.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMarkโ€™sโ€™ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
