Integrated Technology Corp. designs, manufactures, sells, installs and services capital equipment to the semiconductor industry throughout the world.  ITC is the dominant supplier in 2 niches within the semiconductor industry – Power Semiconductor Device Testing and Probe Card Analyzers.  All of its operations are based out of its Tempe, Arizona location.  ITC is an employee-owned company (ESOP) with about 50 employees and provides benefits – Company stock, health, dental & life insurance, and 401K program.

ITC is a currently looking for a President of its operations. The president of the company is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, executing the strategic vision, profit and loss (P&L), and managing the executive team to ensure the organization meets its performance targets. The president reports to the board of directors. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: The president manages core departments (like sales, marketing, and production) to ensure smooth, efficient daily functioning.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develops long-term strategies for company growth, market expansion, and product development.
  • Operational Oversight: Directs production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control to ensure efficiency and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Financial Performance: Holds full P&L responsibility, including budgeting and cost reduction.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing culture within the management team.
