**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Dietary Director to oversee our dietary operations and ensure that our clients receive nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet their dietary needs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, nutritional expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Direct and oversee daily dietary operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and dietary standards.
- Develop and implement menus that meet diverse nutritional needs and preferences, taking into consideration special dietary requirements and cultural diversity.
- Supervise and train dietary staff, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including dietitians and nutritionists, to design personalized nutrition plans for clients.
- Manage budgetary aspects of the dietary department, including cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Regularly evaluate and update meal plans and programs to align with current nutritional trends and feedback from clients and staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in community Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Serve Safe Certification - Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.
- Proven experience in a dietary management role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of dietary regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dietary management software and Microsoft Office suite.
