Our Summer Associates gain valuable experience by working on meaningful assignments and learning from mentors and other seasoned attorneys. In addition, we coordinate a number of activities and social events that are designed to foster collegiality among peers and within the legal community more broadly. This position will be offered to exceptional second-year law students who have demonstrated excellent academic scholarship, research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Stinson has approximately 500 attorneys serving clients from 16 offices. The firm provides sophisticated transactional and litigation services to clients ranging from individuals and privately held enterprises to national and international public companies. The firm offers regional and national practices in banking and financial services; bankruptcy and creditors' rights; business, commercial and financial services litigation; corporate finance; energy, mining, transportation and natural resources; environmental; health care; intellectual property and technology; employment, labor and benefits; private and family owned businesses; real estate; and estate planning, trusts and tax law.
Stinson's Summer Associate salary is $3,653 per week. Summer Associates are not eligible for benefits as this is a temporary position.
