Job description

Small , prestigious and dynamic White Plains litigation firm is looking for an Associate to handle all aspects of litigation from inception up to (but not necessarily including) trial. The associate will be exposed to a wide array of litigation including commercial and real estate litigation, family law, criminal defense, Surrogate's Court litigation and landlord-tenant. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, be organized and able to work independently, have litigation experience in at least one of the areas of practice and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Estates experience a plus. NY Bar admission is required as well as a reliable car because Court appearances can be geographically dispersed. This is an entry level position, but some litigation experience is helpful. Full Time Salary and Excellent Benefits package which includes Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits and 401K with matching are available.
