Optimum is partnering with a leading health system in Miami, Florida, that has an opening for a Cardiovascular Fellowship Program Director to join their team.


This leadership opportunity combines academic oversight with clinical practice, offering the chance to shape a large, well-established cardiovascular fellowship program while working within a nationally recognized health system. The role provides a balanced mix of administrative leadership and patient care in a collaborative academic environment.


About the Opening:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shifts
  • No call requirement
  • 50% administrative, 50% general cardiology practice (echos/clinic)
  • Will oversee and manage the cardiovascular disease fellowship and work with the subspecialty program directors
  • Will directly oversee two cardiovascular disease Associate Program Directors
  • 40 cardiovascular disease fellows in the program
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
