Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work the client location and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management and driving project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills to successfully deliver enterprise initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Skills / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations
  • Experience, strong knowledge of PMO Governance, SDLC and project delivery methodologies
  • Experience working directly with senior business leaders and client stakeholders
  • Ability to manage expectations, facilitate decision-making, and drive consensus
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and dependency management
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously; Experience in Smartsheet or a similar project management tool
  • Secondary Skills - Vendor management, Change management and business adoption experience; Data governance and customer data management
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
