Plaintiff Employment Attorney
We are seeking a plaintiffs' employment attorney with 3+ years of experience.
We are a dynamic, busy and friendly plaintiffs' employment and personal injury litigation firm.
We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience working for an employment law firm. The attorney will handle a case from inception through trial, conduct intakes for employment cases, prepare discovery requests and responses, take and defend depositions, assist with trial preparation, interact with clients, etc.
Required Qualifications:
1. License to practice law in California
2. 3+ years experience working in an employment law firm
3. Excellent computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft word/google calendar
4. Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
5. Experience taking and defending depositions
6. Trial experience preferred
7. Personal Injury experience preferred
