Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic and Operational Forecasting for Partner Markets Business
    • Develop and manage advanced operational forecasting capability, consolidating partner forecasts and orders for supply and financial planning purposes.
    • Develop advanced analytical and reporting capabilities to monitor and plan in-market, to-market, and partner inventory levels, reinforcing confidence in forecasts.
    • Integrate regulatory and market access milestones into forecasting processes.
    • In partnership with Partner Directors, develop and lead advanced long-range and strategic forecasting for in-line and pipeline products.
    • Ensures cross-functional alignment between internal and external stakeholders (Partner Markets business unit, Regulatory, Supply Chain, International Business Units, etc) and partners to ensure that forecasts and plans with partners are well managed and monitored.
  • Lead Pipeline evaluation, planning, and preparation activities for Partner Markets
    • In partnership with International Business Units, develop framework to evaluate, plan, and prepare pipeline products for introduction across partner markets footprint.
    • Monitor development programs to ensure integration of Partner Market country needs into development and launch plans.
    • Coordinate market research/exploration activities for input into development / launch readiness plans.
    • Create product compendium including all necessary information to conduct opportunity assessments and contract pipeline assets.
    • Develop and leads opportunity assessments and forecasting for pipeline assets.
  • Lead Partner Governance and Cross-functional activities for Partner Markets
    • Coordinates and leads formal governance interactions with partners (Operating and Steering committees), ensuring that contractual obligations are met and agreed actions are triaged, managed and monitored.
    • Leads functional interaction with cross-functional departments on behalf of Partner Markets (PV, Quality, Tech Ops, Regulatory, Compliance, etc), ensuring that an enterprise view of partnerships is maintained and communicated.
  • Coordinate and Lead Reporting and Communication for Partner Markets
    • Coordinate and lead development of Business Review, Operating Plan, Executive Update, Playbooks, and other materials for use in Internal meetings.
    • Partner with International Business Operations to lead bespoke analysis/projects requiring Partner Markets inputs.
    • Develop communication plan to inform internal stakeholders on Partner Markets plans, successes, and challenges.
