Job description

Reddit is seeking a Signals Partner Manager to own and scale strategic signal and data partnerships across the global ads ecosystem. This role will lead the partner management motion for platforms that help advertisers send higher-quality conversion signals to Reddit (for example CDPs, tag managers, and bespoke signal partners).

This role will own the strategies and relationships with the most impactful signal partners globally, achieving best-in-class product and go-to-market partnerships that enable growth on Reddit by improving signal quality, coverage, and execution speed. Reporting to the Director of 3rd Party Partnerships, this role will work closely across Product, Engineering, Marketing Science, Partner Engineering, and Sales to define how signal partners contribute to Reddit's lower-funnel strategy and overall signal health.

Location: New York preferred; remote-friendly in eligible locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Signals Partners & Ecosystem: Manage partnership program for signal partners (including CDPs, tag managers, and related tools) and serve as voice of the ecosystem to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and Maintain Deep Partner Relationships: Build and maintain essential executive, partnerships, product and marketing relationships; serve as the primary relationship owner for commercial and strategic discussions related to signal quality
  •  Drive Signal Quality & Performance: Increase activation of high-quality conversion signals through partner integrations; improve match quality scores, signal coverage, and time-to-high-quality-signal across partner implementations.
  • Operationalize Signals GTM: Build repeatable go-to-market motions with signal partners - enablement, incentives, co-marketing, beta programs, and activation playbooks - that scale advertiser adoption and performance gains.
  • Influence Integration & Product Roadmap: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Partner Engineering to improve Pixel/CAPI and related APIs, setup flows, defaults, documentation, and validation surfaces informed by partner and advertiser feedback.
  • Set Partner Incentives Around Signal Quality: Use certifications, partner tiering, co-marketing, lead routing, QBR visibility, and support prioritization to make signal quality and integration completeness matter to partners.
  • Represent the Signals Partner Voice: Manage partner escalations, ensure privacy and compliance alignment, and surface ecosystem insights to inform Reddit's broader signal and measurement strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in partnerships, partner management, platform ecosystems, or related roles in ad tech, martech, e-commerce, or measurement.
  • Experience working with signal- or data-related partners such as CDPs, tag managers, merchant platforms, or performance marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion signal workflows (for example Pixel/CAPI, server-to-server integrations, match quality, identity and deduplication, and event quality).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, performance, or product adoption through partner integrations and co-owned roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional execution experience across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics/Marketing Science.
  • Structured, metrics-driven operator with strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex partner and technical detail into clear narratives for executives and external partners.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling partner programs focused on signal quality, measurement, or lower-funnel performance.
  • Familiarity with partner incentive design (for example certifications, tiers, co-marketing, lead programs).
  • Experience working with large platforms and broader signal/measurement tooling ecosystems.
  • Understanding of lower-funnel performance advertising and how signal quality impacts CPA, ROAS, and optimization outcomes.
  • Experience with audits or diagnostics of partner integrations (for example setup UX, documentation, defaults, and validation flows).

  • 401k Matching
  • Workspace benefits for your home office
  • Personal & Professional development funds
