Job description

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to build and lead CoreWeave’s joint go-to-market strategy across its technology and ecosystem partners. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role at the center of CoreWeave’s most important partnerships—including NVIDIA, leading model and agent framework providers, and Weights & Biases—turning deep technical alliances into market-moving narratives, campaigns, and pipeline.

As CoreWeave’s partner ecosystem expands, so does the need for a dedicated owner who can turn joint roadmaps and technical integrations into compelling co-marketing programs, sales plays, and customer proof points. You will build the narrative that makes every CoreWeave partnership legible and differentiated in market.

You’ll shape how CoreWeave shows up alongside NVIDIA, model and agent framework providers, and Weights & Biases. You’ll translate joint technical integrations into compelling market narratives for the AI leaders, platform engineers, and developers building on these partnerships. You’ll partner closely with alliances, product marketing, sales, and field marketing to turn that narrative into campaigns, sales plays, and customer proof points that drive adoption and pipeline.

This is a builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnership strategy and market execution, and wants to define what best-in-class partner marketing looks like at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Partner GTM Strategy & Programs
  • Own the joint go-to-market strategy and annual partner marketing plan across CoreWeave’s key technology and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and run co-marketing programs—joint campaigns, content, and events—with priority partners including NVIDIA, model and agent framework providers, and Weights & Biases.
  • Define how CoreWeave shows up in partner-led moments (briefings, roadmap reviews, joint press) and how partners show up in CoreWeave-led moments.
  • Set the partner marketing budget and prioritization framework across a growing portfolio of technology alliances.
Joint Narrative & Field Enablement
  • Develop joint messaging and positioning that make CoreWeave’s role in each partnership clear and differentiated—infrastructure partners build on and enterprises rely on.
  • Translate technical integrations and joint roadmaps into “better together” narratives for AI leaders, platform engineers, and technical buyers.
  • Build enablement materials—battlecards, joint decks, one-pagers—that equip sellers on both sides to lead joint conversations.
  • Partner with sales and field marketing to turn joint narratives into pipeline: named-account plays, joint webinars, and co-sell motions.
  • Lead CoreWeave’s partner presence at major industry moments, including our own event, Fully Connected, as well as NVIDIA GTC, NeurIPS, and AI Engineer World’s Fair.
Partner Enablement & Pipeline
  • Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across all joint programs.
  • Define CoreWeave’s role in the emerging AI infrastructure ecosystem, positioning the platform as foundational infrastructure that partners build on and enterprises rely on.
  • Collaborate with technology alliances and business development to shape partner-facing messaging, integration narratives, and co-marketing programs.
Customer & Partner Evidence
  • Build and scale a joint customer proof program featuring co-branded case studies and reference customers across CoreWeave’s partner ecosystem, in partnership with the customer marketing lead.
  • Partner with analyst relations to establish CoreWeave’s presence and voice in coverage of AI infrastructure partnerships and ecosystem trends.
  • Create and distribute joint thought leadership content—co-branded blogs, benchmark reports, webinars—that establishes CoreWeave’s partnerships as a market advantage.
  • Partner with PR and communications to amplify joint stories through press, influencer engagement, and keynote opportunities.
Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment
  • Serve as the connective tissue between alliances/business development, product, product marketing, and field marketing on all things partner-facing.
  • Brief CoreWeave and partner executives ahead of joint moments, keeping messaging and asks aligned on both sides.
  • Track the evolving partner ecosystem—new integrations, joint roadmap shifts, and competitive partnerships—and translate findings into actionable positioning updates.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or GTM roles in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer platforms.
  • Track record building and running co-marketing programs with major technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, hyperscalers, model or platform providers).
  • Proven ability to translate technical partnerships into clear, credible market narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong track record in GTM execution: campaign strategy, sales enablement, partner marketing, and pipeline-driven programs.
  • Demonstrated success building joint customer reference programs, partner enablement content, and co-marketing budgets end to end.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with a builder mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred
  • Experience marketing within the AI/ML infrastructure or GPU cloud ecosystem specifically.
  • Existing relationships within the NVIDIA partner ecosystem or similar technology alliance programs.
  • Experience marketing to AI leaders, platform engineers, and technical buyers.
  • Experience with co-sell/channel motions in addition to co-marketing.
  • Experience with developer-focused or open-source GTM motions.
