Job description


  • Identify, design, and implement data-driven solutions across analytics, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the diagnostics and evaluation of enterprise data systems and infrastructure, with a focus on automation, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses that consolidate information from diverse sources, leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
  • Implement robust ETL workflows using scripting and integration tools to extract, transform, and load data from disparate data sources. Design and manage data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data delivery across systems.
  • Use SQL and Python for querying, data transformation, statistical modeling, automation, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and business performance dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Power BI, supporting executive level decision-making across functions like finance, operations, and supply chain.
  • Prepare technical documentation and visual process maps to communicate data flows and project architecture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client stakeholders in supply chain, finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support proposal development for digital transformation and analytics initiatives in collaboration with partners and senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor teams of analysts and consultants across multiple projects, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Represent the firm at industry conferences and workshops, promoting thought leadership and brand presence.

Requirements
  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, or a related field, PLUS three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
  • Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Tableau Desktop; Tableau Prep; Power BI; SQL; Python; ETL development; SAP (ECC, S/4HANA); Salesforce (SFDC); Business Intelligence architecture; KPI development using visual analytics; statistical techniques incl. regression, clustering, and Pareto analysis;
  • Advanced Excel; Smart sheet, and; PowerPoint.
  • Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required.
  • May telecommute from any location within the U.S.

Annual compensation (basis the candidates experience and qualification): USD 388,918
