Job description

Leads and optimizes the revenue operations function including sales processes, systems, data management, and analytics to drive operational excellence across the revenue generation lifecycle. Develops customer service metrics and standards for sales revenue and customer satisfaction and leads the team to achieve them.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Guides the execution of the company's sales processes, systems, and data- analytics to enable efficient, data-driven selling to increase revenue growth.
  2. Oversees the sales coordination team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, optimal productivity, and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the revenue operations function.
  4. Develops and implements robust reporting, forecasting, and analytics to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  5. Identifies and implements operational improvements to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance sales productivity.
  6. Collaborates cross-functionally with other company leaders to align revenue operations with the overall business objectives.
  7. Manages customer price load activity including raw material adjustments, out of ordinary costs such as tariffs or other surcharges and other commercial price activity.
  8. Supports compliance reporting to our customers.
  9. Incorporates industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve revenue operations.
  10. Provides regular reports and updates to executive leadership on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics.
  11. Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; department budget.

Job Skill Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving sales productivity, efficiency, and growth through operational excellence.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing sales process design, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, data management, and revenue analytics.
  • Exceptional understanding of inside sales, customer service, and overall customer experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education and experience.
