The Brand & Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the company's brand across a portfolio of multifamily communities while supporting marketing initiatives that drive leasing, resident engagement, and brand awareness. 


This role combines creative design, social media management, event coordination, vendor management, and brand development to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing across all properties. 


The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building brands that stand out in a competitive market.

Requirements

  Essential Responsibilities

  Brand Management


Execute brand standards across all existing and new multifamily communities.
Assist with branding for new developments, including logo creation, brand guides, and visual identity.
Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and printed marketing materials.
Coordinate the creation of 2D and 3D floor plans, renderings, and other visual assets as needed.

  Social Media & Online Reputation


Manage social media accounts for all communities.
Create and schedule weekly content calendars for both stabilized and lease-up communities.
Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to increase audience growth and community awareness.
Manage the company's Birdeye platform, including reputation management and review support.

  Marketing Collateral


Design and produce marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional 

  materials.
Coordinate production with print vendors and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Upload and maintain vacant unit photography across marketing platforms.

Marketing Systems & Digital Support


Maintain and update CRM IQ templates to support leasing teams and ensure consistent prospect communications.
Support marketing initiatives by ensuring accurate and up-to-date marketing assets
  and digital resources.

Events & Community Engagement


Develop monthly marketing and resident event ideas for all communities.
Assist in planning and executing TMG Cares initiatives and company events.
Coordinate vendors, entertainment, catering, rentals, and event logistics for corporate and community events.

Corporate Marketing Support


Prepare presentations and marketing materials for TMG Huddles and corporate meetings.
Coordinate new hire welcome binders and onboarding materials.
Assist with corporate lunch orders and employee engagement initiatives.

Vendor Management


Build and maintain relationships with marketing vendors, printers, photographers, promotional suppliers, and event 

  partners.
Obtain quotes, coordinate production schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Qualifications Required


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative services.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred


Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, or property management.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms.
Experience with reputation management platforms (such as Birdeye).
Experience working with CRM systems and marketing templates.
