- Ensure training meets Brand Standards and health regulations and internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in the restaurant industry, including 5+ years of managerial experience in training and HR development.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and travel as needed.
