RN Hospice Clinical Director
The RN/Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.
The Director establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.

Requirements
  • 3+ yrs recent hospice experience required.
  • 2 or more years hospice management experience preferred
  • Planning, budgets: Census / staffing ratio, KPI
  • Strong QA/PI, Compliance
  • Adaptable, Solutions Oriented
  • Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • State licensed RN
  • Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
