Job Purpose:ย 

Deals a variety of table games and receives house collection as needed.ย 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:ย 

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added,ย deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)ย 

  1. Maximizes Table Games revenueย by receiving house collection as needed, distributing cards, accepting wagers,ย announcingย and performing cash and chip transactions, and pushing,ย payingย or collecting wagers according to established procedures.
  2. Provides guests with an enjoyable and entertaining atmosphereย by welcoming and interacting with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing guests withย assistanceย and information as needed, and thanking guests for playing.
  3. Maintains game integrityย byย maintainingย up-to-date knowledge of game procedures, asset protection, and house rules, applyingย proceduresย accordingly, informing players of rules as needed, and summoning Floor Supervisors for all game-related decisions.ย

Education and Experience:ย 

Essential:ย 

  • Must be 21 years of age or over to work on the gaming floor.ย 

  • Certificate of completion from an accredited and/or recognized Dealing School and or experience dealing blackjack and/or various other table gamesย 

Desirable:ย 

  • Experience dealing Asian gamesย 

  • Experience dealing craps and rouletteย 

Skills and Knowledge:ย 

Essential:ย 

  • Working knowledge of various table games rules and proceduresย 

  • Working knowledge of various table games game protection processesย 

  • Basic knowledge of game protection proceduresย 

  • Ability to shuffle and deal cards repetitivelyย
