Position Summary:

As Studio Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, sales performance, and staff development for our Orangetheory Fitness studio. You’ll drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and cultivate a culture of energy, motivation, and accountability. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales experience and a passion for fitness and people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of studio operations, including sales, staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
  • Drive studio revenue by executing lead generation strategies, community outreach, and in-studio marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the entire sales process—from inquiry to membership conversion—with a strong focus on performance metrics and goal achievement.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor all studio staff to maintain a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
  • Conduct regular coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews to develop staff and uphold company standards.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, member engagement initiatives, and studio contests to foster a vibrant community.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, systems, and brand standards in all areas of studio operation.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and handle escalated member concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Manage studio budgets, including payroll, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of sales leadership and management experience (fitness industry preferred).
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM or scheduling software.
  • Degree in business, sports management, exercise science, or a related field preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
