  • Drive modernization of CPQ, CRM, B2B/B2C eCommerce, partner portal, subscriptions, payment and invoicing, and digital commerce platforms

  • Establish engineering priorities tied to business KPIs including quote cycle time, order accuracy, revenue enablement, availability, cost efficiency, security, and delivery predictability

  • Lead a large globally distributed engineering organization across geographies, time zones, cultures, and delivery models

  • Build and develop a leadership team of engineering managers, architects, technical leads, program leaders, and senior engineers

  • Strengthen succession plans, organizational design, accountability, and relationships with business and enterprise stakeholders

  • Operationalize AI-assisted and agentic SDLC accelerators, developer productivity tooling, engineering standards, and automation
