Job Duties
Butler Community College is seeking a Director of Faculty Development for its campus community.
The Director will administer Butler professional development activities for the college faculty (full and part time), and maintain collaborative relationships with the Faculty Development and Support Board of Oversight, EVPAA, Executive Deans, Division Deans, and faculty toward the enhancement of teaching and learning across the institution, at all locations, and through all delivery modes.
The Director is responsible for coordinating training and support for faculty in higher education trends, teaching methodologies, and instructional technologies applicable to teaching and learning in the 21st century.
