Position Summary:

We are seeking a Software Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical leadership in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions supporting complex technical and mission requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
  • Analyze complex technical requirements and develop effective software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Perform software testing, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and establish software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Support software integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies, testing, and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
