  1. Ensures World Classย donorย and customer service is delivered consistently by creating a positive experience for every shopper, donor, and team member.ย ย 

  1. Trains,ย develops, supervises, andย evaluatesย team members within the framework of Goodwill policies, procedures, and job descriptions.ย ย 

  1. Conducts hands-on training andย maintainsย proficiencyย in all store positions. Must be a hands-on leader who is actively involved in all areas of store operations and able to meet the physical requirements of each position.ย ย 

  1. Oversees the proper handling, processing, merchandising, rotation, pricing, and stewardship of donated goodsย in accordance withย agency standards.ย ย 

  1. Monitors store performance and key operational metrics, including sales to budget, donor value, production, payroll, inventory flow, and labor productivity, and takes corrective action when needed.ย ย 

  1. Assistsย with scheduling, payroll management, timecard reviews, and staffing adjustments to support operational and financialย objectives.ย ย 

  1. Ensures agency property, equipment, supplies, and facilities are properlyย maintained, secured, ordered, andย utilizedย in accordance withย established budgets and agency practices.ย ย 

  1. Maintains compliance with all safety, security, loss prevention, risk management, and agency policies, including theย timelyย reporting of accidents, injuries, and unusual incidents.ย ย 

  1. Ensures the following statistical counts are completed accurately andย in a timely manner:ย ย 

  • Donor Countsย ย 

  • Cash Countsย ย 

  • Bank Depositsย ย
