What You'll Do:
  • Lead our corporate scheduling department and set the standard for excellence.
  • Drive planning for large, complex projects across diverse market sectors.
  • Collaborate with executives, estimators, project managers, and superintendents to deliver accurate, actionable schedules.
  • Analyze & solve delays before they become risks - recovery plans, impact studies, what-if scenarios.
  • Mentor & train project teams and schedulers, developing the next generation of leaders.
  • Champion lean scheduling (Last Planner, pull planning) and cutting-edge tools (AI, automation).
  • Represent W.E. O'Neil with owners, subcontractors, and industry peers.
  • Shape the future with schedule strategies that win pursuits and deliver results.

What You Bring:
  • 15+ years in construction scheduling leadership (Director, Manager, or Senior Scheduler).
  • Proven expertise with Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of construction means & methods across multiple delivery types.
  • Skilled in delay analysis, technical writing, and risk management.
  • Strong leader and mentor - with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
