About the Role
The Vice President of Finance provides strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role partners closely with the CFO and executive leaders to shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable, profitable growth. The VP of Finance leads financial planning, risk management, and business partnership efforts while developing high-performing teams and delivering financial insights that inform executive decision-making.
Industry-specific experience needed in manufacturing and wholesale environments, supporting mass retail, e-commerce, and club channels.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders on financial strategy, planning, and operational execution.
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
  • Manage audits, tax compliance, internal controls, risk management, and international multi-entity consolidation.
  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and financing strategies.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, sales, and HR, supporting pricing strategies, margin analysis, and contract reviews.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable financial systems, processes, and organizational structures to support growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including prior experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior Director, or VP level).
  • Experience with financial systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
