About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead and oversee quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within a hospital setting. This role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct departmental activities to achieve organizational quality and performance objectives
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee patient care quality, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Lead and manage internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and development
  • Foster a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement
  • Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical and operational processes
  • Manage complaint resolution and service quality initiatives
Qualifications
