Job description

A hospital in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a senior-level Director of Quality/Risk to provide leadership over quality improvement and risk functions. This is an on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at the facility, with partial relocation assistance available.

The role. The Director of Quality/Risk is responsible for overseeing quality improvement initiatives and risk management programs within the organization. This senior leader will apply clinical expertise and management experience to drive performance improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support patient safety efforts across the facility.

What we're looking for.

  • Master's degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field required
  • Clinical degree (RN) required
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership and/or management experience in a healthcare setting in nursing, risk, and/or quality improvement

Compensation. $110,000 - $150,000 per year
