About The Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Services (PMO) leads and manages multiple high impact strategic projects that support Menasha Packaging's long term business priorities. This Project Manager position will have a primary focus on driving margin, growth and service within Menasha's Turnkey Services product group. This role drives execution excellence across functional business teams and provides clear, actionable project insights to leadership and ensures consistent project governance and quality. This position reports to the Vice President, Product Management & Business Transformation.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Services (PMO) oversees complex, strategic projects with significant business implications, with a focus on the Turnkey Services product group. The role is accountable for project planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position also contributes to improving project management standards, building business led project processes, and supporting capability development across project teams.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are typical for this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring goals, timelines, scope, and budget targets are achieved.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership for new business onboardingin the TurnkeyServices product group.
  • Complete quantitative and qualitative business analysis to drive margin,growthand service. Make recommendationstoleadership and execute changes.
  • Supportthe commercial team andnew business opportunitiesby providingexpertiseaboutthe Turnkey Services product group.
  • Develop,executeand support processes that provide guardrails for price,costand marginwithin the Turnkey Services product group.
  • Key contributor in developing a project management office and processes for business led strategic projects.
  • Oversee multiple strategic projects and provide monthly project status updates.
  • Provide feedback and drive critical actions with project champions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Assistin defining project scope andobjectivesby involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans,monitorprogress, and ensureappropriate resourceavailability and allocation; escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Execution, Coordination & Risk Management

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and manage effective risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project teams follow and use standard project management tools.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and collaborate across all functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Menasha Corporation IT PMO on projects and project management processes.
  • Work closely with Continuous Improvement leaders to support process alignment and improvements.
  • Manage and build strong working relationships and project skills within the project team and among associated stakeholders.

Documentation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage project documentation, including status updates and post project checks, to ensure deliverable quality and adherence to guidelines.
  • Implement and manage lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Identifyopportunities for continuous improvement while managing strategic projects.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of project management and leadership experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience within Turnkey Services.
  • Demonstrated leadership of largescale projects and project management processes.
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and abilities.
  • Detailed understanding of business processes and process improvement.
  • "Hands-on, hands-dirty" leadership style.
  • Demonstrated competency in problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
