Endeavor Schools is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of Early Childhood schools throughout the Minneapolis area.

In this role, you'll partner with school leaders to drive enrollment, financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional educational experiences for students and families. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys developing teams, solving complex challenges, and helping schools reach their full potential. What You'll Do As Regional Director of Operations, you will: Lead and support a portfolio of schools, providing coaching, accountability, and strategic direction to School Leaders.

Build high-performing leadership teams focused on operational excellence and outstanding family experiences. Drive enrollment growth and financial performance while managing regional P&L responsibilities. Partner closely with the Regional Director of Academics to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Coach School Leaders through performance management, staffing, retention, budgeting, and daily operations. Analyze family and employee survey results to develop action plans that improve engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate partners to achieve regional goals.

Support hiring, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning across the region. Ensure schools maintain compliance with licensing regulations, company policies, and operational standards. Visit schools regularly to provide hands-on support, coaching, and operational oversight.
