THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is designed for someone who wants to step into a strong foundation and help build the next level of the firm.

You will work directly with the Managing Partner to:

  • Strengthen systems and workflows
  • Increase efficiency and execution across the team
  • Maintain clear visibility into case progress
  • Elevate the client experience
  • Support thoughtful, sustainable growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants;
  • Managing case flow from intake through disbursement and ensuring consistent forward movement;
  • Driving accountability across the team and reinforcing clear expectations;
  • Overseeing marketing performance, including website, SEO, and vendor management;
  • Tracking key performance metrics and providing regular reporting to leadership;
  • Supporting financial visibility and working alongside outside accounting, bookeeping and CFO;
  • Building and refining systems, workflows, and automation;
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures across the firm;
  • Monitoring team performance and supporting accountability and growth;
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

  • Cases are consistently moving forward with urgency and clarity
  • Leadership has visibility into performance without needing to chase updates
  • Intake, referrals, and client relationships are organized and consistently followed up on

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: $85,000 โ€“ $120,000+ depending on experience
Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus tied to efficiency, execution, and overall firm performance
