Director of Process Delivery

BSA is seeking a Director of Process Delivery to lead the multi-disciplinary processes of project delivery operations for Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design within BSA.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage, and hold Process Delivery Leads, including PM Lead(s), CA Leads, and QM Leads accountable.
  • Develop right structure (including roles and responsibilities) for each of the Project Delivery Lead roles and maintain the right people in these roles to align with the growth trajectory of the firm.
  • Partner with Discipline Leaders to standardize and continuously improve firmwide project delivery processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive the strategic vision for project delivery by leading multidisciplinary initiatives, implementing emerging technologies, and collaborating with firm leadership and the CIO.
  • Serve as the firm's primary resource for project delivery, quality management, and delivery process excellence.
  • Lead and maintain the firm's Quality Management program, including quality reviews, quality control processes, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and professional development programs that strengthen technical expertise, promote career growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
  • Participate in hiring plan recommendations related to Project Delivery team.
  • Promote career development for all technical staff through delivery process training, mentoring and lessons learned sessions.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architectural, engineering, or construction management field required.
  • Professional license or registration (preferred)
  • PMP and/or Lean training / certifications (preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in the design industry including construction document preparation and field observation.
