NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an exceptional Managing Partner of Operations to lead funeral and cemetery operations at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL.

As Managing Partner, you are fully accountable for the success of funeral home and cemetery operations. What You'll Do
  • Lead overall funeral home and cemetery operations, ensuring excellence, compliance, and a first-class family experience
  • Drive growth and profitability, achieving case volume and revenue targets through disciplined execution and leadership
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire employees by modeling NorthStar's core values, mission, and standards
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Represent Eternal Light in the community through event planning and engagement, including holiday observances, state memorial days, and outreach to churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers
  • Strengthen community relationships and enhance the location’s reputation as a trusted service provider
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience of business or military leadership with a demonstrated understanding of both sales and operational management
  • Cemetery and funeral home operations preferred
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical decision-making skills
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading teams
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
