Position Overview

Renault Winery Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day operations across the resort. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing the guest experience, maximizing profitability, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
