We offer the best sports performance training platform to include: sleep, nutrition, sports psychology, strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Additionally, we offer the best sports experiences through our club teams, leagues, camps and events. Our purpose is to develop athletes for their next level of competition. Our mission is to develop our athletes leveraging our expertise and experience in sports performance, position and sport specific skills,techniques and game acumen. Our vision is that every athlete that we work with has the opportunity to play college and/or professional sports.

We are looking to add a Director of Operations to support the execution of the vision and strategy of all of the programs underneath the Perfect Performance umbrella.

Core objectives
  • Create standard operating procedures for the management of all training programs, club teams, leagues, camps & events
  • Manage the procurement process for all purchases for the company
  • Manage the relationship with all apparel partners with securing uniforms and spirit wear
  • Manage the cloud based registration and management system for the company
  • Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coaches
  • Apply and secure all field permits for facilities for all programs
  • Coordinate with the CEO to align goals, make improvements, strategize, and implement changes
