SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Recommending solutions for the provision of administrative services, such as human capital, budget, facilities, or procurement, for an office or organization.; AND
- Integrating and aligning resources across multiple organizational components and external partners to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities and mission objectives.; AND
- Leading strategic planning, performance management, and organizational initiatives, including the development of metrics, process improvements, and operational efficiency enhancements.; AND
- Advising senior leadership and representing an organization in high-level internal or external stakeholder engagements involving sensitive or high impact issues.; AND
- Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to advance organizational priorities and achieve outcomes.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
