This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing promotions, advertising, database marketing, player development, and guest communications. The Director of Marketing serves as a trusted partner to the General Manager and department leaders, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, operational execution, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies to increase market share, visitation, and profitability.• Lead all branding, advertising, promotions, public relations, and guest engagement initiatives.• Own the annual marketing plan, promotional calendar, budget, and performance metrics.• Oversee promotional planning, execution, and post-event performance analysis to maximize ROI.• Support player development and casino host programs through data-driven marketing strategies.• Partner cross-functionally with operations, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Table Games, and other departments to deliver cohesive guest experiences.• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing marketing team.• Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and platforms to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and real-time reporting.• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal control requirements. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent gaming industry experience.• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership.• Proven success driving measurable results through promotions, database marketing, and guest engagement strategies.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate ROI and interpret complex performance data.• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing marketing teams.• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements within a gaming environment.• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain visibility during major promotions.• Eligible for WA Class III gaming license. Salary$150k - $180k base salary per annum.
