The Role

Your roleAs a Learning Consultant, you will partner with customers to shape, design, and deliver learning solutions that directly support business and workforce outcomes. This role focuses on understanding customer strategy, translating needs into practical learning programs, and guiding delivery through close collaboration with learning specialists and delivery teams. Success is measured by the relevance, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives on customer goals.What you will doPartner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning prioritiesRecommend learning strategies and solutions that support technical and non-technical skills developmentFacilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned to customer goalsAct as the primary link between customers and internal learning pillars to enable effective deliveryGuide learning engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring expectations and outcomes are clearReview learning metrics, reports, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including instructional designers, developers, and subject matter expertsStay current on learning tools, methodologies, and external trends to inform solution design

Who You Are

Required skills and experience Experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiativesAbility to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutionsExperience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs, such as virtual, classroom, or digital formatsExperience working with cross-functional teams to deliver learning or development solutionsAbility to review learning metrics and reports to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvementsClear experience facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter expertsWorking knowledge of learning tools, platforms, or learning program delivery modelsPreferred skills and experience Experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent-related consultingFamiliarity with instructional design principles or learning experience designExperience supporting large or complex learning programs across multiple stakeholder groupsExposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentationBackground working in enterprise or technology-focused environments
