We are looking for a highly specialized, results-driven Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. If you have deep expertise in Epic's data structure and a passion for applying advanced analytics to operational challenges, this high-impact role is for you.

This position demands a minimum of three years of clinical revenue cycle experience and a proven ability to leverage complex data to guide high-level business decisions.

Your Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Epic Clarity Certification: Essential certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity).
  • Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience.
  • Billing Expertise: Excellent understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data.
  • Analytical Stack Mastery: Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.
  • Data Modeling Acumen: Expertise with relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies.

What You Will Deliver:

Reporting to the Director Analytics System, you will be crucial in moving our analytics function forward. Your focus will be on leveraging data science-including predictive and prescriptive analytics-to tackle high-value operational challenges such as denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting. You will develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide clear, actionable information and drive accountability among business leaders.
