POSITION SUMMARY:  The Clinical Informaticist provides mid-level support for system issues, focusing on optimizing clinical information systems and enhancing workflow processes within the health system. This role involves collaboration with clinical staff to improve EHR utilization, deliver user training, and participate in data analysis to inform system enhancements. The Clinical Informaticist actively contributes to smaller-scale technology projects, helping to align clinical needs with informatics solutions while following established guidelines and best practices. This role requires a solid grasp of informatics concepts, building on foundational knowledge to support health system operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years of Information Services experience in Healthcare. Experience to include supporting clinical workflows with direct involvement in EHR or similar digital technologies in clinical system optimization.
