Bluesight seeks a passionate project manager with experience leading SaaS-based software implementation teams. The implementation team lead will be a player-coach directly taking on project tasks while owning strategic department initiatives and coaching the team to drive results. This person is an expert at forming and maintaining strong relationships with their staff as well as key stakeholders and end users on the project side. 


The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, passionate about fostering teams and has an eye for the big picture. This person can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a pod of Implementation specialists by conducting team meetings, weekly 1:1's for performance/professional development coaching, and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Oversee the execution of the pod's projects including enterprise-level, strategic partnership projects, and report on metrics related to these projects.
  • Be hands-on with the implementation team, as a player-coach when you are not working with the team to get them running optimally, you'll take on projects or tasks to help contribute to the team's success metrics.
  • Responsible for pod planning which may include out-of-office coverage, approving requests, distributing workload, and maintaining a strong sense of team by facilitating team building exercises.
  • Establish standards of high-quality work and lead by example.
  • Work with the Director of Implementation to develop and launch new strategies for scaling the implementation specifically around timeline, configuration and training.
  • Work with the Manager of Implementation to develop the team through hiring, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams on company-wide initiatives representing the Implementation team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional work experience
  • 7+ years of professional work experience; (PMP, client-facing and/or experience in the healthcare industry a plus)
  • 5+ years of project management for new customer implementations for a SaaS based software product, preferably within healthcare or health tech
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams of 3 - 5 people
  • Experience running mid-to-long-term projects (3 months plus) supporting customers of all sizes
  • High attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently/remotely
  • A positive team-player attitude who is committed to getting things done
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to work with customers in different time zones
  • Ability to travel up to 15% (Equivalent to 4 times a year)
$100,000 - $115,000 a year
The standard base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 when annualized. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. The actual amount of salary offered will vary depending on the position level, experience, performance, and location. This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the continental United States.
