Division of Enrollment Management
The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the division. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations and exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, employers, and community partners.
The Administrative Assistant will coordinate a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities including managing division-wide calendars and schedules, reserving event spaces, ordering supplies, processing catering and meal requisitions, and assisting with division-wide events and initiatives. This position serves as a key communication liaison across multiple offices and will provide timely follow-up regarding programs, services, and events.
This role will work with various campus systems and databases to verify information, update records, maintain event details, and support accurate reporting and communication across the division.
As a support role within Enrollment Management, this position will engage in many facets of the student's experience from orientation through graduation. The Administrative Assistant will support teams focused on student retention, engagement, career readiness, and helping students identify and navigate their academic and professional pathways.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of constituents. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate division-wide calendars, meetings, and event logistics
  • Reserve campus and off-campus spaces for meetings and special events
  • Process catering requests, meal requisitions, and supply orders
  • Financial processing and money handling
  • Utilize various systems and databases to verify information, maintain records, and update event details
  • Provide customer service and front-line support to students, faculty, staff, employers, and visitors
  • Communicate detailed information regarding programs, services, and events
  • Assist with planning and staffing division events and student-focused initiatives
  • Support collaboration across Enrollment Management, Career & Professional Development, and New Student & Retention Programs
  • Maintain records, files, and administrative documentation
  • Support student success initiatives from orientation through graduation
  • Assist with office operations and other duties as assigned
