  • 10+ years of product development experience.
  • 5+ years managing an Engineering Department.
  • Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.
  • Experience with plastic, metal, and electromechanical products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
  • Hands-on, self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
