Job description

WHO WE ARE:
Quartile, the world's largest retail media optimization platform, is a trusted partner for multichannel e-commerce success. Through unmatched expertise and patented AI technology, we fuel growth for 5,300+ brands and sellers worldwide and manage an annual ad spend exceeding $2 billion. The award-winning platform covers major marketplaces and ad channels for optimal reach. The result is unprecedented granularity, smarter budgeting, and bespoke solutions for retailers.
Quartile is proud to be an equal opportunity employer with employees stemming from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. As a business, we value the enrichment that diversity brings to our organization and are committed to a culture that creates a sense of inclusion and belonging. We welcome new perspectives and affirm that all employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, familial or marital status, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Enablement to build and scale the programs that make our revenue teams exceptional. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, SDR, Sales and Customer Growth (expansion sales) you'll own the enablement function end-to-end - from onboarding new SDRs to leveling up our Customer Growth Managers (CGMs) with the skills, content, and tools they need to hit and exceed their goals.
This isn't a 'build decks and run trainings' role. It's a strategic seat at the table - you'll shape how we go to market, how we upsell customers, and how we build a team culture where reps love to learn.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related GTM function - ideally spanning SDR, AE, or CS teams.
  • Proven track record building or significantly scaling enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions - pipeline generation, expansion revenue, and churn reduction.
  • Understanding of how to leverage AI to create enablement programs that scale.
  • Strong instructional design skills - you know how adults learn and build content that sticks.
  • Data-first mindset - you define success metrics before launching programs, not after.
  • Experience with modern enablement tools (Gong, Salesloft, or similar).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent cross-functional influencer - you build trust with Sales, CS and product marketing.
  • Player-coach mentality: you can set the strategy and still run the workshop yourself.

..... If you reached this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description. We're eager to meet people that believe in Quartile's mission and can contribute to our team in a variety of ways. Feel welcome to apply!
BONUS:
  • Experience specifically enabling CGM or expansion-focused revenue teams
  • Background in Customer Success or post-sale motions
  • Familiarity with SPIN, MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar sales methodologies
  • Experience hiring and managing a small enablement team
  • Startup experience - you know how to build fast with limited resources

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As Director of Enablement, you will:
  • Define and execute an enablement strategy aligned to revenue goals across SDR, sales & CGM teams
  • Build scalable onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity across all three teams
  • Design continuous learning pathways - certifications, playbooks, and skill assessments - that grow with each function
  • Equip SDRs with prospecting frameworks, outreach sequences, and objection-handling playbooks that fill the pipeline.
  • Build the commercial playbook for CGMs covering upsell, cross-sell, expansion motions, and deal coaching.
  • Design CSM enablement for onboarding delivery, risk identification, QBR execution, and renewal motions.
  • Own the enablement tech stack and ensure strong adoption across all teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to keep messaging, battle cards, and competitive intel sharp and current.
  • Build and maintain a centralized content library that reps actually use.
  • Define OKRs and leading indicators for each enablement program and report regularly to Revenue leadership on ROI.

BENEFITS:
Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
401K Plan with Employer Match
Generous Paid Time Off (24 Vacation days, 7 Sick days, 12 Company Holidays, Short Summer Fridays)
Company Laptop + additional tech accessories
The base pay for this position is targeted at $130,000 - $150,000 per year with bonus based on performance.
