Job Summary
This Equity Program Specialist position will focus heavily on supervising and supporting the Equity Staff who coordinate district-wide targeted student programming. These targeted programs include the following: Student Equity Councils (SEC), Black Student Unions (BSU), Young Men Rising (YMR), Native Education, and LGBTQ+. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with community-based organizations providing targeted student programming. Effective communication and collaboration skills will be highly emphasized for individuals considering this position.
Requirements / Qualifications

• Credential Copy (Valid Credential(s) or Certificate of Eligibility for Administrative Credential. Copy of all current valid credentials from CTC website (print information from each individual credential screen then scan and upload - do not use the email documents option as it does not contain all the needed information. )
• Letter of Introduction ((Letter must be signed.))
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Letters of Recommendation. Letters must have signatures and dated within twelve (12) months.)
