Job description

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

The Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) will accomplish the company's goals and objectives of census growth, a defined return on investment, an effective business plan, and implementation of programs and philosophy. The RDBD must be strong in planning and control so s/he can manage daily issues without interfering with the ability to anticipate future business trends and plan accordingly. 

FUNCTIONS:

Census Under the direction of the CEO, communicates the appropriate Census and Mix objectives for the year, in conjunction with the budget and the business plan.Ensures that facility has a sales and marketing plan in place that will allow facility to maximize census and exceed expectations.Reviews the status daily via daily census report and each month on site and ensures that goals are established if results are not meeting expectations.
