The Opportunity: You will serve as a pivotal executive leader, driving the operational strategy, process improvement, and financial strength of our commercial and industrial new construction plumbing divisions. By stepping into this role, you will interact directly with senior ownership to shape company culture, scale operational controls, and directly influence our long-term market growth. Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record managing multi-project workflows, labor forecasting, and field productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, submittals, and schedule dependencies.
  • Advanced business acumen regarding labor efficiency, construction risk management, operational discipline, and budget management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Construction Management, Business Administration, or comparable field experience.
  • 10 or more years of dedicated leadership experience in commercial and industrial new construction operations. 
  • Plumbing or MEP experience is a plus!
  • Demonstrated background in refining operational systems, establishing scalable safety procedures, and resolving complex project logic gaps.
