Job description

Bishop Chatard High School is seeking a Director of Data and Assessment. The person in this role will provide leadership in the use of data to improve teaching and learning at the high school level. They will support teachers, academic departments, and school leaders in analyzing student performance, strengthening instructional practices, and ensuring all students are on track for graduation and postsecondary success.
Prospective candidates should have a passion for assisting and supporting young adults in their journey of developing their mind, body, and soul. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is expected, and additional leadership experience is preferred. A Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field is also favored.
