Position Summary

The Senior Director Creative Services oversees the creative development and execution of game designs, bids, and marketing materials. They are responsible for ensuring quality and adherence to industry best practices, leading the creative team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities

Innovation and Trends:

  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in game design and creative services and integrate these into the company's creative strategy.
  • Foster Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation within the creative team, promoting brainstorming sessions and the development of cutting-edge game designs and marketing strategies.

Strategic Vision:
