Overview
As Sage Dental continues to experience significant growth, we are seeking an accomplished Director of Market Operations to help lead our next phase of success.
This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and patient experience performance of a portfolio of multi-specialty dental practices throughout the Atlanta region. The Director of Market Operations serves as a trusted business partner to Office Managers and clinical leaders, ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and consistent execution of Sage Dental's standards while maintaining an unwavering focus on patient care and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a proven multi-site leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, builds strong relationships, develops high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional business results.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers across multiple dental practices, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive operational and financial performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategic action plans.

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to ensure practices achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

  • Build trust and credibility with Office Managers, providers, and support teams while promoting collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all locations.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience, preferably within dental, healthcare, retail healthcare, or other service-based organizations.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, budgeting, and performance analytics.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

  • Experience with dental practice management software; Dentrix experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
